Job descriptionExecute all secondary trade distribution deals. Arrange Master Risk Participation Agreements with regional and international banks. Arrange agreements with multilaterals. Negotiate documentation with Insurance Companies to add to the list of investors. Be accountable for end to end deal documentation, which includes negotiating documents with multiple client banks and insurance brokers. Responsible for checking transaction status at maturity and follow up with branches and operations till settlement. Responsible for MIS shared with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for handling documents for all trade transactions bought in the secondary market. To ensure all transaction details are up to date and pipeline is maintained. Support FI business for other matters as required. Finalise and sign new MRPAs with banks. Arrange to onboard new multilaterals and insurance companies, brokers as investors for the bank. Accuracy of documents exchanged with clients for transactions bought and sold in the secondary market. Responsible for sharing MIS on secondary trade transaction portfolio with internal stakeholders like risk and FI relationship team and external stakeholders like active investors at agreed frequencies on all utilizations against allocated limits. Follow up with operations and overseas branches on charges payable and arrange for approvals to make the payments. Review transactions to block bank / multilateral exposures on ELCM for accurate limit monitoring. Assist in the management of processes, procedures related to FI, FI branches or assigned otherwise. To meet and improve service delivery standards and turnaround time for FI and the FI branches. Review blue / red bank business volumes and share transaction details with relationship team. Track and consolidate FI funding requirement and report to treasury. Consolidate all excess over approved limits report for FI. Candidate to have 8-9 years of banking experience in a reputable bank with understanding of trade finance and credit. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Strong inter-personal and communication skills. Proactive person showing inclination to multitask. The leading financial institution in MENA.
