We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

Job Title : Database Engineer

Skills

Design, implement, and maintain relational databases ( PostgreSQL or MySQL ).

Design scalable, high-performance, and normalized database schemas based on business requirements.

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.

Monitor and tune database performance using indexing, partitioning, and query optimization techniques.

Analyze slow-running queries and implement optimization strategies.

Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and system architects to design database solutions.

Perform data migration, transformation, and scripting as needed.

Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in database development and administration.

Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL (experience with both is a plus).

Strong command of SQL and database optimization techniques.

Experience with database schema design and data modeling.

Understanding of data security and compliance standards.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
