Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Campaign management : Plan, launch, and oversee multiple cold email campaigns across different industries. Set up outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) and manage email sending schedules.
- Inbox management : Monitor replies, flag interested leads, and ensure follow-ups are done promptly. Keep inboxes warm and healthy using warmup tools.
- Copy & strategy : Collaborate on cold email copy creation and editing to ensure high open and reply rates—test variations of subject lines, first lines, CTAs, and overall messaging.
- Lead list coordination : Work with researchers or use tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source high-quality leads. Enrich lead data and ensure it fits the campaign's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Performance tracking : Analyze KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and positive lead counts. Provide weekly reports and optimization suggestions.
- Tool & tech setup : Set up and manage domains, inboxes, IP addresses, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Coordinate with the domain and hosting providers when necessary.
- Calendar & sales support : Route qualified leads to the sales calendar. Maintain CRM hygiene and lead stages.
