Job Overview :
We are looking for an innovative and experienced UX Design Leader to join our growing design team.
This role demands a deep understanding of human behavior, cognitive science, and user-centered design principles.
You will drive the UX strategy and vision across products, ensuring a seamless and emotionally resonant experience for our users.
As a key player in shaping our digital experience, you will lead a team of UX designers and researchers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and balance strategic direction with hands-on design execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the UX roadmap aligned with the companys product strategy, business goals, and customer expectations.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver unified and human-centered design solutions across all digital touchpoints.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to understand user needs, mental models, pain points, and motivations.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across a suite of applications and platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing UX team, fostering a culture of design excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Present UX strategies and research findings to senior executives and other stakeholders, influencing product decisions through data and storytelling.
- Guide the team in wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design using best-in-class design tools and methods.
- Solve complex design problems with empathy, creativity, and a deep understanding of human factors and interaction design.
- Apply Lean UX principles to accelerate feedback loops and improve iterative design processes.
- Utilize analytics, usability studies, and A / B testing to evaluate user behavior and inform design decisions.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design, Behavioral Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 12 years in a leadership or people management role.Deep expertise in user-centered design, cognitive science, human-machine interaction, and behavioral psychology.Proven track record of leading design initiatives from concept to launch with measurable user and business outcomes.Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.Experience with data analytics platforms and user behavior tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.Advanced understanding of UX research methodologies, design thinking, and information architecture.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user experience solutions, including design systems, mobile / web interfaces, and cross-platform designs.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills(ref : hirist.tech)
