About the Role :

As a Senior Python DevOps Engineer at NCG, you will play a key role in optimizing deployment pipelines, automating processes, and scaling infrastructure to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and future-ready. Your expertise in Python development combined with modern DevOps practices will directly drive the success of our projects, while enabling innovation in AI / ML and Generative AI initiatives. This position also provides opportunities for technical leadership and mentorship, making it ideal for professionals who want to shape next-generation engineering Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve availability.
Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to embed DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
Automate workflows and processes using Python, Flask, or Django to drive innovation and efficiency.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting solutions to maintain production system reliability.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Support initiatives related to AI / ML pipelines and Generative AI deployments, ensuring scalability and Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
69 years of experience in DevOps engineering with strong Python development skills.
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible.
Experience with database technologies (MongoDB, SQL) and data pipelines.
Exposure to AI / ML frameworks and Generative AI productionization (highly desirable).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
