What will you get to work on?

As the Head of Cybersecurity, you will :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity framework aligned with industry standards, including PCI DSS and SOC 2.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and certifications (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).
  • Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities for threat detection and response.
  • Manage the investigation, mitigation, and resolution of security incidents.
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, processes, and controls across the organization.
  • Conduct regular cybersecurity training sessions for employees to foster a culture of security awareness.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement security tools and technologies.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure they adhere to Osfin's security requirements.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and related compliance standards.
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
  • Excellent understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
