Lead - AI Transformation

Job Title : Lead - AI Transformation Location : Mumbai, India

Experience : 10+ years (with 2+ years in consulting on AI / ML, Generative AI, or applied data science)

About the Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Lead to drive the adoption, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions across marketing workflows including Creative, Media and business transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, and hands-on knowledge of Predictive & generative ecosystem AI creative problem-solving — someone who can translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Generative AI roadmap for the organization, identifying high-value use cases across marketing, creative, operations, and data ecosystems.
• Work with APAC & global team to roll out our global AI systems & initiatives at local market. (LLM-based tools, content generation, personalization, data synthesis, prompt engineering frameworks).
• Partner with creative, data, and technology teams to prototype and productionize AI-driven workflows (text, image, video, or code generation).
• Consult clients - AI overview sessions, workshops to solve their business and marketing challenges with AI solutions and AI powered customer experiences
• Act as an internal AI evangelist — running workshops, training sessions, and proof-of-concept demos to drive AI literacy across teams.
• Work with internal teams across agencies to help them adopt the right tools for their purposes, as well as help them solution for customer experience ideas
• Establish AI usage guidelines ensuring responsible, explainable, and ethical deployment of models within organizational frameworks.
