Job Title: Cerner CCL Report Writer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Cerner CCL Report Writer to join our India-based captive technology team supporting a leading global healthcare provider. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Cerner CCL reports that support clinical, operational, and regulatory reporting needs across our hospital network. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely data solutions that drive patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Cerner Command Language (CCL) within the Cerner Millennium environment.
• Work closely with clinical and business teams across geographies to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Translate healthcare workflows into efficient and meaningful data outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with international healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Support ad hoc and scheduled reporting for clinical quality, operations, and compliance.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with global IT teams.
• Document report logic, data sources, and usage guidelines for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cerner CCL and Cerner Millennium data structures.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience working in a healthcare IT or hospital reporting environment.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare terminology, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cerner tools such as Discern Visual Developer, Power Insight, or HealtheIntent.
• Exposure to US healthcare systems
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
