We are currently hiring for "VP Marketing" with a leading SAAS startup in India. The role can be based in any City in india.

Job Description : -

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and drives qualified lead growth. Lead a high-performing marketing team and provide strategic guidance to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Customer and Prospect Database Segmentation :

Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) by collaborating with sales teams and analyzing historical data.

Implement advanced segmentation strategies to categorize customers and prospects into A, B, C, and D tiers based on revenue propensity and likelihood of winning.

Prior experience generating “Active” Buyers Sales Qualified Leads from Intent data or other sources vs. “Passive” buyers flowing into the marketing funnel.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) :
  • Create and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

    Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM efforts with their account-based selling strategies.

  • A / B Testing and Optimization :
  • Drive A / B testing initiatives across marketing channels to optimize messaging, creatives, and conversion rates.

    Continuously analyze results and iterate on marketing strategies for better performance.

  • Omni-Channel Marketing :
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels to reach target audiences effectively.

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns :
  • Build and lead integrated marketing campaigns that span the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on delivering high-quality leads.

  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI.

    Key Requirements : -

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in demand generation, database segmentation, and B2B marketing.
  • Strong background in setting up advanced customer and prospect databases.
  • Expertise in defining ideal customer profiles and implementing predictive models.
  • Demonstrated success in running ABM campaigns and A / B testing.
  • Track record of achieving substantial growth in sales qualified leads.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
