Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and drives qualified lead growth. Lead a high-performing marketing team and provide strategic guidance to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) by collaborating with sales teams and analyzing historical data.
Implement advanced segmentation strategies to categorize customers and prospects into A, B, C, and D tiers based on revenue propensity and likelihood of winning.
Prior experience generating “Active” Buyers Sales Qualified Leads from Intent data or other sources vs. “Passive” buyers flowing into the marketing funnel.
Create and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM efforts with their account-based selling strategies.
Drive A / B testing initiatives across marketing channels to optimize messaging, creatives, and conversion rates.
Continuously analyze results and iterate on marketing strategies for better performance.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels to reach target audiences effectively.
Build and lead integrated marketing campaigns that span the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on delivering high-quality leads.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI.
