Position Overview
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join us as an
Associate Consultant – Finance & Strategy . This role blends financial expertise with strategy consulting, requiring the candidate to not only bring strong accounting and financial acumen but also to play a hands-on role in business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will support clients in financial performance improvement, governance, and execution of growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Performance
Conduct financial analysis, P&L reviews, and working capital assessments for client businesses.
Identify opportunities for profitability improvement, cost optimization, and capital efficiency.
Support preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with client strategies.
Business Transformation & Execution
Work with consulting teams to design actionable business strategies (sales channels, pricing, market expansion, SKU optimization) and translate them into financial impact.
Drive execution support by tracking KPIs, project milestones, and financial outcomes.
Client Engagement & Delivery
Prepare and deliver structured presentations, financial analyses, and reports for client stakeholders.
Participate in workshops, boardroom discussions, and client reviews.
Internal Initiatives
Contribute to firm-wide knowledge assets, frameworks, and proposals.
Support internal process improvements and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience in consulting, corporate finance, or CA firms.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial controls, and business performance management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex financial insights.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Compensation
₹10,00,000 CTC per annum + Variable Pay
