About you :
3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a startup or agency environmentExcellent at identifying red flags and hidden gemsAbility to leverage AI and build systems to streamline hiring processes and design a filter for long-term contributorsUnderstanding of clean code and self-driven engineering principles (even if you're not a coder)Our company prioritizes quality over speed, maintains a low-meeting environment, offers comprehensive health insurance, generous time off, and opportunities for career growth.
