Job Title: Senior Regional Sales Head, SAP Sales

Experience: 15+ years in IT Sales, with at least 8 years in SAP Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of SAP Sales to lead and drive the SAP sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Solutions, a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, and strong leadership capabilities to manage and grow a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP sales strategy and execution for enterprise clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP products

- Drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and strategic partnerships

- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to create compelling solutions and proposals

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, to closing

- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Stay updated on SAP trends, competition, and market conditions to adjust strategies.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business insights to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in selling SAP solutions

- Familiarity with SAP licensing models and pricing.

- Existing network of SAP clients and partners.

- Preferably from a SAP Gold or Platinum Partner company
