Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Education Counsellor located in Bengaluru. The Student Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and counselling to prospective students about their educational and career opportunities. Key tasks include helping students with admission & visa processes, understanding various educational programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with students.

Qualifications

• Student Counselling and Career Counselling skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of the Education sector
• Ability to personalize counselling approaches to individual needs
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Counselling, or related field preferred
• Experience in international student recruitment and UK recruitment is a plus
