  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in setting up Grafana platforms using open-source solutions.

  • They should be knowledgeable about customer onboarding, Open Telemetry, and collector usage.

  • Familiarity with Loki, Tempo, and Mimir for log, trace, and metric analysis is necessary.

    • ">

  • Proficiency in dashboard management, creation, and customization is required.

  • Experience with data sources such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, etc., is essential.

    • ">

  • The ability to transform data into meaningful visualizations is crucial.

    • ">

  • Configuring alert rules and notification channels is a key responsibility.

    • ">

  • Managing alert thresholds and reducing alert fatigue requires strong analytical skills.

    • ">

  • Executing recovery plans and post-incident analysis is critical.

    • ">

  • Expertise in Python, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub is highly valued.

  • 5+ years of experience in the field.

  • Expertise in Grafana platform ownership and maintenance.
