- Manage customer service & onboarding across frontend & backend. Address client inquiries via email, phone & chat. Collaborate with sales & tech teams for smooth onboarding. Troubleshoot issues promptly & provide timely, professional solutions.
Required Candidate profile
Proven experience in customer service & onboarding (frontend / backend). Strong communication skills, proficient in MS Office & customer service tools; CRM knowledge a plus.Skills Required
