About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  Yield Operations Manager  to oversee inventory monetization and yield optimization across programmatic channels. The role requires deep expertise in supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, and yield management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with platforms such as  InMobi, PubMatic, Google Ad Manager, OpenX, Magnite, or Index Exchange , and will be responsible for ensuring revenue maximization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily yield operations, including floor pricing, ad request optimization, and demand partner setup.
• Develop and execute yield strategies to optimize CPMs, fill rates, and revenue performance.
• Oversee onboarding and management of demand partners, ensuring smooth integration and delivery.
• Monitor inventory performance, conduct A / B tests, and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ad Tech, Sales) to align monetization strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, privacy regulations, and brand safety policies.
