Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant based in Vadodara. The Mortgage Consultant will engage with customers to understand their mortgage needs, provide expert advice on mortgage products, and assist with the mortgage application process. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating customer documentation, processing loan applications, liaising with internal departments, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient lending experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the Mortgage Industry, including knowledge of various Mortgage products and services
• Strong background in Finance and Mortgage Lending practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a high level of support and engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate with internal teams
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
