Job descriptionMinimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development. 4+ years of experience with .NET technologies and unit testing. 2+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core framework (v6+). Strong knowledge of SQL Server, RDBMS concepts, and database optimization. Excellent understanding of OOPs concepts and software design principles. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with React.js or Angular 8+ for front-end development. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Exposure to Windows, IIS, Design Patterns. Knowledge of Clever / OneRoster and LTI standards (advantage in EdTech domain). Prior experience in product organizations or EdTech solutions. Familiarity with continuous integration (CI / CD) pipelines. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Passionate about digital learning and software development. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and able to perform under pressure. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dot Net Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core (v6 and above), C#, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and efficient applications, with additional exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.
As a Dot Net Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core (v6+) and C#.
- Build and optimize microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance.
- Write and execute unit tests to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Work with SQL Server databases for application data design and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in version control (Git).
- Optimize application performance through benchmarking and tuning.
- (Preferred) Contribute to front-end development using React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
