BLKBOX.ai is looking for a Creative Testing Lead to own, scale, and continually refine our creative testing engine across top mobile gaming partners. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and client success—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and loves solving complex problems.

What You'll Do :

• Own & Lead BLKBOX’s creative testing framework end-to-end.
• Identify creative hypotheses, design test plans, and manage multi-channel test execution.
• Analyze performance data across CPM, CTR, CTI, CPI, IPM, CPA, ROAS and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal Creative, UA, and Data teams to align on performance goals and creative priorities.
• Manage high-touchpoint client relationships; present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps with clarity and confidence.
• Optimize creative testing pipelines across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and mobile DSPs (Unity, Moloco, etc).
• Build internal processes, documentation, and workflows to scale testing operations efficiently.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and new test methodologies to increase creative win-rates.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff from testing → production → UA activation.
• Stay ahead of shifting platform best practices, ad formats, and algorithmic changes.
