Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Salary : 20,000 to 30,000

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR and Recruitment experience (internship experience may be considered if highly relevant).

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / tools is an advantage.

People-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations : Maintain a positive workplace environment by addressing employee queries and resolving concerns effectively.

College & Institutional Tie-Ups : Build and manage relationships with colleges for internship and fresher hiring opportunities.

Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Onboarding & Orientation : Execute smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.

Engagement & Culture Building : Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Support : Assist in tracking employee performance and support appraisal processes.

Operational HR Tasks : Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance management, and administrative requirements.
