We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Co-Working Space Manager to take charge of our space sales, client management, and daily operations. You'll play a key role in selling out available spaces, managing leasing agreements, supervising interior fit-out projects, and ensuring top-notch facility management.
Responsibilities
- Selling & leasing co-working spaces to individuals, startups, and companies.
- Generating leads via networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Managing lease contracts, renewals, and client relationships.
- Supervising interior fit-out projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Overseeing daily operations, including reception, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Maintaining the space to high facility standards and ensuring smooth functioning.
Requirments
