Job Title : Lead Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Looking for candidate with 8-10 Yrs of exp in

Node.js and Java (Backend Engineer)

Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Node.js and AWS Lambda.

Design database schemas and manage data using

MongoDB .

Integrate Kafka to enable real-time event streaming and communication.

Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high performance of the backend services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business and technical goals.

Implement best practices for CI / CD and cloud deployments.

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and optimize systems for speed and scalability.

Skills & Qualifications :

Strong experience with

Node.js

and microservice architecture.

Hands-on experience with

AWS Lambda , DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

Expertise in

MongoDB

for schema design and query optimization.

Proficiency with

Kafka

for real-time messaging and event-driven systems.

Experience with Docker and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or CloudWatch.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Key Soft Skills

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
