Rate : ₹1.5 LPM + Taxes (Negotiable based on experience)

• Work Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (Flexible;

may require ~4 hours overlap with US time zones)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team and drive Finance reporting transformation from ECC to S / 4HANA. The role involves analyzing current Finance reports, defining new requirements, and supporting end-to-end reporting implementation across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze existing ECC Finance reports (AR, AP, GL, Banking, FA) and recommend redesigns for S / 4HANA.

Identify S / 4HANA Finance data sources such as ACDOCA, BKPF / BSEG equivalents, Vendor / Customer master, House Banks, Tax tables, etc.

Prepare Functional Specifications for all Finance-related reporting requirements.

Map legacy report fields to S / 4HANA structures and define extract attributes for the Global Data Lake (GDL).

Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and resolve functional gaps.

Validate end-to-end reporting for :

AR & AP Aging

GL Trial Balance

Sub-ledger reports

Tax reports

Cash / Bank and payment reporting

Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to align reporting logic with global templates.

Provide Finance impact assessment for Singapore and Mexico rollout.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including ECC to S / 4HANA reporting transformation.

Hands-on experience in AR, AP, GL, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Tax reporting.

Knowledge of Global Data Lake (GDL) integration and reporting structures.

Ability to create functional specifications and map legacy data to new systems.

Experience with UAT, SIT, and end-to-end Finance reporting validation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
