Position : Plumbing and Irrigation Supervisor

Industry : Facility Management / Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Irrigation Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of plumbing and irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and proven experience in managing maintenance teams to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate plumbing and irrigation maintenance operations.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for plumbing systems, water booster pumps, water distribution networks, jacuzzis, swimming pools, water treatment plants (WTP), and irrigation systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to ensure uninterrupted operation of all water systems.
Prepare and monitor daily maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams to achieve operational efficiency.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and assist in preparing reports as required.

Requirements :

Full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.

Strong technical expertise in plumbing, irrigation, and water systems maintenance.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple maintenance activities effectively.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
