Business Analyst

Kauvery Hospital is a fast-expanding home-grown hospital chain, with multi-specialty

hospitals across five cities in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The healthcare industry is poised for

disruption in its service delivery model using technology adoption to bring care to the homes

of people. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Product or Business Analyst

to join our growing team. You will play a key role in understanding user needs, defining

product requirements, and driving product success. You will work closely with product

managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our

customers.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Product or Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will be :

1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

2. Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback.

3. Define product requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria.

4. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features and roadmap.

5. Track product performance and analyze key metrics.

6. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to

stakeholders.

7. Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.

8. Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategic plans.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.G., Excel, PowerBi) is a plus.

Strong interest in technology and the product development process.
