Job Description

1. Develop and implement test strategies for NPI and High volume production

2. Proficient in ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest)

3. Interface with OSAT vendors to oversee test execution, yield, and failure analysis

4. Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive corrective actions

5. Analyse test data and report performance metrics

6. Support ATE setup, hardware validation, and tester correlation

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product integrity and audits
