Director of Food & Beverage

to lead and elevate our F&B operations in

Udaipur, India . As part of the leadership team, you will drive exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall F&B strategy, innovation, quality, and performance

Manage budgets, costs, inventory, and revenue optimization

Mentor and inspire teams while ensuring food safety and compliance

Drive marketing initiatives, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong local supplier partnerships

Integrate local Rajasthani culinary elements with global trends

Qualifications

Proven F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality

Strong financial, operational, and people management skills

Deep knowledge of F&B trends, safety standards, and systems

Excellent communication and guest-focused mindset

English fluency; Hindi / Rajasthani and local cuisine knowledge preferred
