MS Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations,

Customer Engagement, or other modules) and a strong understanding of business processes.

This role requires the ability to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Provide guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.
• Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.
