Job Title : Software Engineering Manager - Python / SaaS

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Python-based engineering team for Frogdata, a next-generation SaaS analytics platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Python, Django / FastAPI, and microservices architecture, along with proven experience managing and scaling high-performance SaaS engineering teams. As an Engineering Manager, you will drive release planning and execution, lead technology initiatives, and mentor a team of talented engineers to deliver data-driven SaaS products that power analytics, reporting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

• Lead and mentor a team of Python engineers, promoting best practices in software design, coding standards, and testing.
• Drive the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and data-intensive SaaS platforms using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask), REST / GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
• Provide technology thought leadership and guide critical technical decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align on roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance through reviews, automation, and best engineering practices.
