3. Governance & Leadership Development

Work with the Chairman and Governing Bodies to ensure transparent governance.

Support faculty development and leadership programs.

Recruit and retain top faculty and researchers.

Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and accreditation standards.

4. Student-Centric Development

Create an environment for overall student growth and success.

Strengthen student support, mental well-being, and employability programs.

Provide more opportunities for internships, placements, and global exposure.

Encourage student innovation through incubation and entrepreneurship programs.

5. Financial & Resource Management

Manage finances effectively to ensure growth and sustainability.

Raise funds through grants, partnerships, alumni, and CSR initiatives.

Oversee infrastructure development as per the university’s vision.

Maintain balance between cost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Ph.D. in Management or Engineering (mandatory) from a top institute (IITs, IIMs, IISc, or equivalent).

25+ years of academic or institutional leadership experience.

Experience in academic governance, institution building, and international collaboration.

Preferred age : 50–60 years.
