Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the plant maintenance team and ensure smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
• Ensure minimum downtime of machines and maximize production efficiency.
• Coordinate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and plan accordingly.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities spare parts and machinery performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to plant operations.
• Plan for and manage annual maintenance budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead and guide a team of engineers and technicians in daily operations.
• Liaise with vendors for machinery servicing AMC and procurement of spare parts.
• Continuously drive process improvement and equipment reliability through innovation and data-driven analysis.
