Responsibilities :
- Business Development :
- Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business
strategies.
Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team.Portfolio Management :Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring businessvolume and portfolio quality meet targets.
Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective businessstrategies.
Strategic Planning :Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specificinnovative strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned withclient needs and objectives.
Client Relationship Management :Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetingsaccordingly.
Present new products and services and enhance existing clientrelationships.
Team Management :Lead and manage a team of ASM / BM / ABM / RM.Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales teamand channel partners.
Market Analysis :Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends.Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunitiesfor campaigns and services.
Reporting and Compliance :Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate datamanagement in the company's CRM.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations andapplicable laws.
Training and Development :Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class businessdevelopment training.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people andcapabilities to maximize performance.
