Social Media Manager (Agency / Multi-Account Focus)
Location : CR Park, South Delhi
Experience Required : Minimum 1–2 years in social media management, preferably in an agency or multi-account setup.
Salary Range (Annual CTC) : ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 LPA (Based on experience, interview performance, and proven proficiency in Social Media Management).

Key Responsibilities :
As a hands-on Social Media Manager, you will be the core driver of our clients' online presence and growth. Your responsibilities will include :
- Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for 6–8 client accounts across various industries.
- Platform Management : Manage and grow brand presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, , X, YouTube , and others.
- Paid Campaigns : Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) with a clear focus on client ROI and performance targets. Oversee budgets for all paid promotions.
- Client Relations : Handle all client communication, conduct strategic consultation calls, and present monthly performance reports.
- Content Coordination : Coordinate seamlessly with internal design, content, and video teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Performance Analysis : Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Community Engagement : Manage community interaction by promptly responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to foster a positive brand image.
- Market Monitoring : Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to suggest and implement fresh, innovative social media ideas.

To succeed in this role, you must possess :
Meta Ads Manager Expertise : Proven, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager including campaign setup, advanced audience targeting, A / B testing, budget optimization, and comprehensive reporting.Copywriting : Strong, creative copywriting skills for crafting engaging captions, posts, and high-converting ad copy.Social Media Tools : Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social , or similar.Analytics Proficiency : Good knowledge of analytics tools, including Meta Insights and Google Analytics , to track and measure campaign success.Account Management : Direct client servicing and account management experience, with a focus on building strong relationships.Multitasking Ability : Proven capacity to efficiently multitask and manage the demanding schedules of multiple client accounts simultaneously.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.Good to Have (Bonus Skills) :
Basic graphic designing skills ( Canva, Photoshop ).Video editing basics (for quick edits / repurposing content).Experience in running and managing influencer marketing campaigns .Work Environment :
