Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary, highly analytical, and execution-focused Head of Token Strategy & Growth to lead the design, launch, and global adoption of our asset-backed token ecosystem .

This is a mission-critical leadership role requiring deep expertise in :

Tokenomics & crypto economics

Asset-backed digital models (RWA — Real World Asset tokens)

Market strategy, user acquisition, and ecosystem growth

Incentive design, gamification, and promotion mechanics

Your mandate is to build a value-driven, sustainable token economy —not funded by hype or speculation, but anchored in real-world assets, utility, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tokenomics & Asset Structuring (Core Architecture)

Architect a robust, scalable, compliant tokenomics model backed by RWAs.

Define supply mechanics, demand drivers, staking models, burning strategies, and circulation flow.

Work with legal and financial partners to ensure compliant token design.

Build the economic foundation that supports both stability and long-term appreciation of the token.

2. Token Launch Strategy

Lead the full lifecycle : pre-launch, launch, post-launch optimization.

Develop token sale strategy, pricing tiers, allocation frameworks, and vesting schedules.

Supervise whitepaper creation, technical documentation, and investor material.

3. Adoption, Growth & Gamification Strategy

Build user acquisition funnels across global markets.

Design gamified mechanics that increase user engagement, retention, and token utility.

Create reward systems, loyalty programs, and incentive layers tied to real-world behaviors and asset performance.

4. RWA Integration & Utility Creation

Establish clear real-world use cases that directly tie token value to underlying assets.

Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and financial teams to ensure seamless integration.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion

Build partnerships with exchanges, wallets, staking platforms, and RWA providers.

Identify international opportunities for token listing, expansion, and institutional participation.

6. Analytics, Risk Management & Performance Optimization

Monitor token performance, user behavior, and ecosystem metrics.

Optimize economic parameters based on data-driven insights.

Implement risk controls to safeguard token stability and user trust.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in crypto, tokenomics, blockchain strategy, or digital asset economics .

Proven experience launching or scaling a token ecosystem—preferably RWA-based.

Strong command of tokenomics modelling, blockchain architecture, and incentive design.

Deep understanding of user growth, gamification frameworks, and Web3 engagement psychology.

Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, legal, marketing, and product teams.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
