About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Science with strong domain expertise in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Process Industries, combined with deep exposure to Data Science, AI / ML, and Industrial Software. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and guiding the development of data-driven B2B SaaS solutions for industrial applications, leveraging deep operational insight and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities :

• Lead AI / ML teams to design solutions that align with real-world industrial use cases
• Provide domain expertise and strategic guidance in Oil & Gas, Power, or Chemicals to product, engineering, and data science teams
• Define product requirements and influence roadmap based on domain knowledge and market needs
• Serve as a thought leader in industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, asset management, and reliability engineering
• Support GTM teams in customer discussions, industry presentations, and positioning of the product offering
• Lead knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring for internal teams on industry-specific processes and pain points
