About Anakin

Anakin helps e-commerce companies in price-sensitive markets build competition-aware pricing strategies. We collect and process data from competitors’ websites and mobile apps, deliver clean datasets over customers’ preferred channels, and (optionally) provide analytics and dashboards . We partner end-to-end across the sales and delivery cycle—from business case and pilot to setup and ongoing delivery, backed by dedicated CX with SLAs and an escalation pathway. Our work spans Food Delivery, Ride Hailing, Digital Brands, E-marketplaces, Quick Commerce / Grocery, and Car Rental and powers SKU mapping with ML + human-in-the-loop accuracy.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Product Manager with 5–10 years of experience who can oversee complex B2B data products from start to finish. You’ll bring practical coding skills (including reading code, prototyping, and fluent communication with engineering) and a proven history of delivering technically sophisticated products (such as data platforms, ML / AI workflows, high-scale APIs, or similar).

You’ll drive the roadmap for our pricing intelligence data platform, encompassing large-scale acquisition (web / app scraping), data quality & SKU mapping (utilizing ML and human QA), delivery pipelines (APIs / feeds / dashboards), and customer-facing analytics that translate data into actionable pricing decisions and measurable impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own product strategy & roadmap for data acquisition, quality, mapping, and delivery across verticals.
  • Lead discovery with customers (Sales / BD → Pilot → Delivery) to define requirements, success criteria, and time-to-value.
  • Translate deep technical problems (distributed crawling, anti-bot resiliency, data vetting, SKU matching, latency / SLA management) into clear PRDs and measurable KPIs.
  • Partner with Engineering / ML on architecture, API design, schema / versioning, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Instrument quality & reliability—coverage, accuracy, freshness, and delivery SLAs—in collaboration with CX.
  • Ship analytics & insights that drive dynamic pricing and promotions, with clear business outcomes.
  • Guide packaging & GTM with Sales / CX : trials / POCs, pricing / quotas, onboarding, documentation, and enablement.
  • Maintain compliance & ethics around data sourcing; proactively manage risk, security, and customer trust.

What you’ll bring

  • 5–10 years total experience, including 2+ years as a Product Manager / Owner of complex B2B / enterprise or data / ML products.
  • Coding background (e.g., Python / Go / JS / Java) and comfort with Git, APIs, and reading code; able to prototype and write SQL for analysis / instrumentation.
  • Experience with data platforms & pipelines (ETL / ELT, batch / streaming), APIs (REST / GraphQL), and productizing ML / human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Strong system thinking : trade-offs across scale, resilience, cost, and time-to-value; crisp PRDs / acceptance criteria.
  • Customer-obsessed communicator who can run discovery, manage pilots, and align engineering, CX, and Sales.
  • Metrics-driven : you naturally define coverage, accuracy, freshness / latency, adoption, retention, and expansion KPIs.
  • Nice to have

  • Industry experience in online commerce, such as e-commerce / marketplaces, ride hailing, quick commerce, or digital brands.
  • Experience with web / app scraping at scale, data quality frameworks, and anti-bot / anti-scraping constraints.
  • Familiarity with SKU catalog / matching, search / relevance, or entity resolution.
  • Shipped analytics / BI products or pricing / recommendation systems
