Role Description

• Make outbound calls to customers for :
• Order confirmations (COD, prepaid, and RTO orders)
• Collecting customer feedback and post-purchase experience
• Engaging with customers who have visited or shown interest on the website
• Address customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries professionally.
• Upsell and cross-sell suitable products or add-ons to increase order value and customer satisfaction.
• Record and update orders and upsells accurately in Shopify.
• Maintain complete and accurate call and order records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective upselling (no call targets).
• Ensure all communication reflects the brand tone and customer-first approach.
