Role Overview

As a Software Engineer – Tech Lead, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers to architect, design, and build cloud-native distributed systems that form the foundation of India’s digital trust ecosystem. You’ll be hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery, while mentoring engineers and setting technical direction. This is not just another engineering role - it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to design systems that define national infrastructure, with massive scale and real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-impact projects.
• Architect and develop cloud-native backend systems built for reliability, scale, and security.
• Design and optimize distributed systems and data-intensive architectures.
• Work closely with leadership to translate product vision into technical roadmaps.
• Ensure engineering excellence through CI / CD automation, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality releases and smooth operations.
