Over the past year weve disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of parallel Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

As a Solutions Engineer you will act as a technical expert working closely with sales product and engineering teams to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions. You will play a key role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities by aligning Razorpays product capabilities with client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Have a deep understanding of the entire product suite. Should be up-to-date in technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language is a must.
• Responsible for implementation of the solutions provided by Razorpay for key clients.
• Responsible to represent Razorpay from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
• Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Razorpay and merchants.
• Support reactive queries and requests raised by merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• Act as a key feedback channel for customers product requirements and expectations closing the loop with the Product team.
• Help validate requirements in case of product customization requests from clients.
