Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, and Performance Management. The role will support HR strategies to drive employee engagement, fairness, and high performance across the organization.
Key & Benefits:
- Support design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures and salary benchmarking.
- Manage annual salary revision, bonus, and incentive cycles.
- Ensure accurate processing of benefits such as insurance, gratuity, leave, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and error-free salary processing.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management review.
Rewards & Recognition:
- Execute and manage employee rewards and recognition programs aligned with company culture.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of reward initiatives.
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual recognition programs.
- Support communication of reward policies and initiatives to employees.
Performance Management:
- Manage end-to-end performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals).
- Support calibration processes and performance discussions with stakeholders.
- Maintain performance data and dashboards for reporting and analysis.
- Assist managers in understanding performance frameworks and rating guidelines.
HR Operations & Support:
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and records related to compensation and performance.
- Respond to employee queries related to C&B, performance ratings, and rewards.
- Support HR audits and data accuracy.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, PMS, and reward frameworks.
- Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel, HR dashboards).
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (India-specific preferred).
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3-4 years of hands-on HR experience in mid to large-sized organizations.
- Experience working with HRMS and performance management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR cycles.
