Senior SAP Implementation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP project manager to lead end-to-end SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, managing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables. They will also prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.

This role involves managing project governance, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, change management, and quality assurance. Additionally, the candidate will lead cross-functional teams across various SAP modules, including SD, MM, FI / CO, HCM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP.

The selected individual will coordinate with technical teams for system integration, testing, and deployment activities. They will also facilitate UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live. Furthermore, they will monitor and control project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of project management experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP Cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in global environments and manage onsite-offshore delivery models.
