Job Description
The Technical Writer will support product success by developing clear, concise user documentation and in-product content for our products (Mobile & SaaS). This role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to accurately translate technical concepts into user-friendly materials while continuously developing writing and product knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, help articles, FAQs, and in-app messaging, under the guidance of senior writers or product leads.
- Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather information about new features and updates to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Participate in reviewing and testing documentation for clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Identify documentation gaps and propose improvements to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to multiple formats of content, including digital, print, and online help resources.
- Support internal teams by providing clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Learn and apply best practices in technical writing and UX copywriting to develop skills.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.2-4 years of experience producing clear, user-focused documentation for software or technology products.Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and convey them clearly.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Markdown, or similar platforms.Collaborative mindset with good communication skills to work effectively across teams.Eagerness to learn and grow technical writing capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
