Job description

We are looking for a talented Product Explainer Video Specialist to create a complete video library for our products. These videos will serve as interactive explainers for both new feature launches and current feature walkthroughs .

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity — we are seeking someone who is committed to working full-time and can grow with us. If successful, this role will expand into creating website explainers, marketing videos, and design-led tutorials .

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality interactive explainer videos for SaaS product features and updates.
  • Collaborate with our product and design teams to understand functionality and convert it into clear, engaging video content .
  • Build and maintain a structured video library for ongoing use in onboarding, support, and product launches.
  • Use motion graphics, UI / UX flows, and animations to make complex features easy to understand .
  • Deliver videos aligned with product release timelines .
  • Repurpose content into shorter clips for marketing, website, and social platforms.
  • Ensure all content is consistent in branding, style, and messaging .

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating product explainer videos, tutorials, or SaaS walkthroughs (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, Vyond, or similar ).
  • Strong ability to simplify technical features into user-friendly visuals .
  • Familiarity with UI / UX principles .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
  • Willingness to commit full-time (no part-time or multiple-project engagements).

    • Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with SaaS or B2B product explainers .
  • Knowledge of interactive video formats or HTML5 animations.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools .
