Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with hands-on expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, or HRSD. The candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
The candidate will work within a consulting team that collaborates with clients across industries to solve complex challenges in the enterprise service management space. You will get involved in designing effective solutions, supporting and maintaining them, optimising performance, and leveraging AI across the entire solution space.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of various ServiceNow modules. Any experience in CSM, FSM, CPQ-related products and Finance and Procurement-related workflows will be a huge plus.
- Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and client / server-side logic that meet business requirements.
- Support, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently while maintaining technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer to team members.
- Configure and implement best practices for ServiceNow solutions such as ITSM, CSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC or APP Engine to align the solution with business processes and requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and third-party service providers, to streamline data exchange and automate processes.
- Build custom applications, modules, and portals within the ServiceNow platform to extend its capabilities and address specific customer service needs
- Configure dashboards, reports, and analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Leverage the AI capabilities of the platform to automate workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules and certifications from the ServiceNow ecosystem.Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) module, integration with CRM and ERP systems will be an added advantage.Strong scripting skills : JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow-specific technologies.Experience in ServiceNow Back-End with demonstrated experience in creating Catalogue Item, Record Producer, Client Scripts, UI and Data Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions etcIn-depth knowledge of service catalogue development, workflow automation, integration and flow designers.Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalogue items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisionsAny experience or knowledge of Agentic workflows, agent orchestrations, and AI control tower would be highly desirable.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Impactron Benefits
