Job descriptionManage and supervise daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines Implement lean manufacturing, cost control, and continuous improvement practices Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Develop and manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization Lead and mentor departmental heads and foster a culture of performance and accountability Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials Handle audits, statutory inspections, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies
