Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Trainer with strong Learning & Development expertise . This is a role where the primary responsibility is conducting training sessions (technical, non-technical, product, and sales), while also supporting the organization’s overall L&D strategy, competency building, and performance development initiatives .

The ideal candidate is someone who loves training , understands adult learning principles, and can also handle TNI, competency mapping, onboarding frameworks, performance monitoring, and reporting .

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation (Core Responsibility) :

• Deliver technical, non-technical, product, and sales trainings across teams.
• Develop core competencies within domains and train sales teams to deliver strong and effective program pitches .
• Conduct concept-based training , objection-handling sessions, and skill-enhancement workshops.
• Execute innovative and interactive training methodologies to drive engagement.
• Address queries and resolve objections using strategic and critical thinking .
• Train new hires during Sales Onboarding batches , ensuring they understand product, process, and business expectations.
• Ensure the entire onboarding training process is streamlined and effective.
