About the Role

We’re hiring a Finance Manager to take charge of end-to-end financial management — from reporting and compliance to budgeting, taxation, and automation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of steering financial strategy for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with department heads.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, TP Audit, and MCA filings.

Oversee cash flow and treasury functions , ensuring optimal liquidity and working capital management.

Coordinate with banks for funding, equity infusion, and ECB loans via FDI routes.

Handle direct and indirect tax filings , audits, and assessments.

Lead ERP implementation and financial process automation (Power BI, Odoo, Tally Prime).

Mentor and manage the finance team , driving accuracy and performance.
