Key Responsibilities

• Research leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others to gather relevant information for enhanced engagement and conversion strategies.
• Identify and target the right audience using an omni-channel approach, effectively presenting membership programs to potential clients.
• Manage a sales funnel by fostering strong relationships with prospects, converting them into members, and seeking referrals.
• Enroll prospects in our luxury hotel membership programs through a soft, honest, courteous, and transparent sales approach.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through timely follow-ups, attentive customer service, and prompt handling of escalated inquiries.
