The Job
Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating legal data in spreadsheets, databases, and case management systems.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and data entries.Assist in processing legal forms, contracts, invoices, and other documentation, ensuring correct data is entered into systems.Help organize and manage digital legal files, ensuring easy access and proper filing within cloud storage and document management systems.Prepare and generate reports related to legal cases, ensuring all data is accurately compiled and presented.Assist with basic office management tasks, including responding to emails and handling general inquiries.Update and manage contact lists and databases related to legal matters, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies, as needed.Ensure all legal data and documents are handled confidentially and in compliance with company policies.The Profile
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on data entry, preferably in a legal environment.High attention to detail and accuracy in legal data input and documentation.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with cloud storage and legal case management software.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.The Employer
