Senior Associate Python Backend Developer - Django / Flask

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development. Expertise in at least one Python web framework : Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing APIs. Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, along with ORM tools. Experience working with CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and Git. Experience with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Knowledge of scripting, automation, and general DevOps practices. Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.). Strong documentation and communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, maintain, and enhance backend components using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Develop, deploy, and support RESTful APIs, including integration with third-party services.
- Work on cloud-native development using AWS or Azure services.
- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting for backend systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions, ensure best coding practices, and improve system architecture.
